Proaktive Recruitment Services has been established to provide talent management services to the general insurance, financial services and legal sectors. It was founded in August 2019 by Andrew Camilleri who has been specialising in insurance recruitment for over 12 years. Our vision is to change the perception of recruitment agencies within the insurance market. Our aim is to be a market leader within the staffing and recruitment industry based on strong relationships with both our candidates and clients.
