Proaktive Recruitment Services offer clients a consultative approach to recruitment requirements by taking the time to understand their business, goals and culture. Proaktive’s approach is based on quality not quantity as we understand that your time is valuable and comes at a cost. We are looking to build long standing relationships with clients who have genuine ambition to grow their business without compromising on service and their working environment. We like to work with clients that are Proaktive and not reactive to their recruitment requirements. At Proaktive we believe that your reputation is our reputation and that your growth is our growth.
We offer four levels of service, detailed below.
Sole Supplier Agreement
Let Proaktive take the stress out of dealing with multiple recruitment agencies. You will have one point of contact for your HR and line managers. We will work towards your timescales and guarantee to deliver a cost-effective service.
Executive Search
This is a premium service. Most agencies will ask to be retained for their services requesting a fee at the start of the assignment, a fee at shortlist stage and the remainder on the completion. Proaktive are different, we will not ask for a retainer. We would just like your word and commitment to working with us exclusively for a set period of time. During the agreed period we will ensure you receive the level of service expected from a leading recruitment agency. In most cases the successful candidate will be sourced from a direct competitor. Methods used to attract the candidates include due diligence, headhunting and utilising our extensive database of candidates.
Contingency
This is our standard recruitment offering where we will compete with our competitors to deliver a superior service. This will involve advertising, website searches, database searches and in some cases we will headhunt candidates if required.
Retained
We will review your recruitment history and requirements together and create a bespoke service that will benefit both parties. This will be a 12 month contract with a set fee agreed on a monthly basis for a number of recruits. By committing to Proaktive you will receive a significant discount for loyalty and exclusivity.
