We are looking for someone who is passionate about generating leads and winning new business whilst solving client problems and providing a high level of customer service and demonstrating the professionalism for which Luker Rowe is renowned. In addition the individual should have a broad knowledge of product types to fulfil a broad range of client needs that facilitate cross sell and add on conversion opportunities A key component of the role will also involve servicing and growing an existing client book. The role also involves demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with different client types across a range of communication methods. You will need to be a strong self-starter with a proven ability to manage your own workload and work as part of a close knit team You should have a passion for delighting customers and take pride in delivering high quality solutions for your customers. What we need: – experienced new business developer across a range of business classes with demonstrated experience in sales and in particular closing – the skill to prioritise and organise workflow and working to deadlines – excellent communication and networking skills – knowledge of industry issues and development – ability to work as part of a team and form strong relationships with colleagues – a passionate customer advocate – experience and confidence in using computer systems and software What would be beneficial: – Experience using Acturis Insurance Software – An established customer base to develop – CII qualification
