Telesales/Appointment Maker

Salary: £25000

We have an an exciting opportunity working for one of our key clients in Southampton.  There is career progression to move into an External Development Executive role within the Insurance market if desired. 

JOB ROLE

 Working with business development and marketing to make telephone contact with potential new customers and conduct online research to identify named individuals within target businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2B telesales to identify named individuals within target companies

• Tele appointment setting

• Contact and follow up on early stage leads to secure meetings for the Account Executives 

• Online research to identify suitable businesses and contacts for prospecting, email and direct marketing

• Maintain and update information on CRM system

Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Experience within a sales and marketing environment, ideally business to business 
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to converse at all levels
  • Self-sufficient and proactive
  • Target driven – number of calls, conversions, appointments made etc. 
  • Attention to detail and experience of using CRM systems
  • Previous telesales experience desirable
